Vegan Brain Food is comprised of key nutrients that cannot be found in plants, designed to be the cherry on top of a vegan food pyramid. Creatine, Taurine and Carnosine* are amino acids that are naturally concentrated in the brain, eyes, heart and white blood cells of the immune system.
